I've been stuck with only finding fiberglass with backing before. If you're really careful the stuff comes off quite easily without damaging the fiberglass much at all. It take a little practice. Or, .......

Have you decided you don't need sound isolation? You'll need to use up a little floor space because the walls will get a little thicker and ceiling a little lower. 12'x14' might be a tad small for you .......

The Rives post should worry you. I agree with them. You need low frequency absorption. Most resonant panel absorbers are not tuned low enough or cover enough area to do the job. I don't recommend #5 b .......

I agree with Rives earlier post. Trying to put bass absorbers in a concrete room is expensive and ineffective, especially any form of fiberglass as a bass absorber. You can easily improve mid to high .......

All that info is helpful. Use the thick BAD panels and make the area wide and tall enough to accommodate all the seating. The Bad panel (4") is relative benign to high frequencies, somewhat diffusive .......

I've used fiberglass (1-6lb), mineral wool, foam and acoustical cotton. Of the soft fuzzy stuff I can't tell much difference. Their effectiveness though is very dependent on the thickness of the mater .......
