Agreed. I clean every record that touches my stylus...my stylus is the most costly component I have that gets "used up", so I want to do everything possible to make sure that the records that come in .......

QuickTime is used to play DVDs - iDVD is for authoring (creating) and burning DVDs. If you don't plan on authoring DVDs then you won't need iDVD on your server. .......

Just an update...I've installed 3 Mondo's in corners, 2 reflection panels (1 Micro and 1 Mini HF), and a few BareTraps in ceiling-wall corners, and the improvement is dramatic. I don't have any measur .......

Thanks for the advice David - in my case, the rear-firing woofers are almost on the floor, so the center will certainly be below the mounting height of the Mondo Traps, meaning that I won't be firing .......

I would agree that sonically the Parsifals and Nines are quite different - the Parsifals are lush and are equally at home with "small" music as "big" music, whereas the Nines have a far more laid back .......

The Gyro's can be a bit confusing because before Gyro SE, there was the Gyrodec. The Gyrodec is not readily available in North America these days, so I don't know what version it's on at the moment. B .......

I was recently shopping in the same range, and wound up with an Ayre CX-7e after listening to a variety of players (Naim, Simaudio, Meridian), so I'd say that it's a must-hear option if you're shoppin .......

I tried 2 tonearms on the Gyro: First a Tecnoarm and then a Graham 1.5t upgraded to 2.2. To my ears, the Graham sounds far better - no brightness, very even response top-to-bottom, and just a very ope .......

My personal feeling is that I wouldn't buy a third party motor to put on a brand new table. I suspect that putting the turbo power supply on the Mk V would be a much better return on investment than p .......

I'm not familiar with Revel speakers, but have heard the 3B-ST with a variety of PSB speakers and with Totems (which use Dynaudio drivers), and I'd say that the PSB "house sound" matches very very wel .......
