The manufacturer told me current flow should match the arrow on the fuse body. They declined to answer when I asked what it was about their construction that made them "directional". No harm in trying .......

I hear you Abe. That's all proper theory. My personal experience with RG-6 coax and an OAT antenna and digital television has proven interesting. It's an indoor antenna (Clearstream) and a quality cab .......

I'm not sure what a "low watt fixture" is. Ceiling cans? Wall sconces? Fixture ratings are typically clearly marked with a Max. Wattage label on the lampholder. One-way interior lamps are usually 60W .......
