Uh... I replaced one pair of Siltech Compass Lake, and one pair of NBS Monitor 0 (two pairs) with the Oritek X1. The Oritek sounded best when it was the only cable used in the system. Previously I use .......

I have listened to this particular unit along with the owners Jadis Eurythme speakers in a very nice listening room. Interesting sound - very special. The owner is a great guy - very friendly. Oh yeah .......

The CD transport and DAC are pictured on the McIntosh website. I think the transport will be $7K US and the DAC $8K US. There is no mention of the MA2275 integrated on the site yet - that *I* know of. .......

The difference is quite significant - each end of the switch provides a "polar opposite" to the other. When the switch is flipped, the change is not immediate -- it fades in gradually over the next 3 .......

To my knowledge, there is no significant difference between the KSL-Vz and the AN-Vz other than appearance and the fact that it marks the separation between Audio Note UK and JP (Kondo). Quite frankl .......
