Yeah, I know the sockets are in bad mechanical shape. I have cleaned them more than once and tried every way I can think of to get the pin holders to crimp better. Too many tubes in and out over the y .......

I wish that were the case but it is not. On the couple of occasions that this occurred, the only condition that changed was brief stopping of the music to change disks. And, as I stated the "glorious" .......
