Thanks for that info, Tom. Before it died the Digione would only list artists by the order I added them as favorites, but at least the search function worked. .......

A power outage seemed to wipe the software. The unit is not discoverable with a network scanner. Additionally, the interface with Qobuz was never ideal. I know that you'd be ready willing to help get .......

I picked up a Dynaco FM3 tube tuner on eBay a couple weeks ago. I never knew FM could sound like this. The upper frequency is a bit rolled off but, as I understand, this can be cured with a few tweaks .......

I manually spin the NG pretty slow, I guess in the neighborhood of 5 RPM, for three revolutions. With the two step RRL process the NG gets quite hot. If I clean more than two LPs at once it gets hot e .......

Thank you for your reply. You are saying R+ is jumpered to L-, and R- is jumpered to L+. So going into the box the cables are normal. The right has (R+) on one wire (R-) on the other. The left has (L+ .......

is probably for a line stage pre-amp, not a phono pre-amp. I'll bet the reason you can't control it is this input goes directly to the HK's built in power amp, by passing the built in pre. ::: TOPIC:: .......

Just finished the Seduction, hooked it up... holy cow, it works! I've never really soldered anything in my life. Had an issue with backwards rectifiers in the bridge but I was able to diagnose and rem .......

So I listen to a record, the tone arm gets to the end of the music and there is a pop as it finishes the side. I lift the arm and the system starts humming/buzzing. A mid-low frequency hum with a buzz .......

I really dig the classical stuff Isao Tomita did. His interpretations of Holst's "The Planets" or Stravinsky's "Firebird" are genius. Also, Keith Emerson's solo at the end of "Lucky Man" certainly has .......
