our cleaner's enthusiasm has got the better of my cartrige so I am thinking about what replacement to get. I like the Rohmann so am contemplating a Jubilee. Any advice or ideas appreciated.....apart f .......

I have an audio note step up from my ortofon rohman feeding the A/N M3 phono preamp. Dont see how you can get out of having an phonostage and preamp really. .......

I own a Silver taper, not cheap in the UK at £998 ($1600). Sounds very good. BUT I would never but OL stuff again after receiving a very patronising response on the phone from the bloke who runs the p .......

I must admit with my Orbe I leave it running - I found that you soon get the hang of it and can swap lp's or sides smoothly and get the clamp back on no probs. No damage to records or deck susutained, .......

i bought an album of his on vinyl at the weekend on spec -Darkness - but cant play it yet as my amp has blown and is in for repair anyone know much about him? the web is largely bereft of info. thanks .......

I had problem (2) with standard Rega 300's twice (!). are they the same bearings i wonder, highly likely, given the common origins of the arms. Sounds like you got a Friday afternoon arm to me. ::: TO .......

just bought this Johnny Lee Hooker album in a second-hand record shop in Lewisham and it is really fabulous, wonderful music, top quality band backing him (Muddy Waters is in the band!) and superbly r .......

I would have thought the phono stage to pre I/C might be the most critical as it needs to convey the lowest signal of all the I/C's en route to the speakers (bar the cart to phonostage leads of course .......

I m running in some Audionote E/spe's currently, and have been experimenting with removing the grilles. It might be psychological but I reckon treble is better without the grilles in place. What is th .......
