The imaging is very good. It is different from my Proac 1SCs, and took a little adjusting to. I have the Es up close to the wall, whereas the Proacs were out a couple of feet from the wall. The music .......

IMO the Tesla bettered the Tele ECC83 in most if not all areas. the tonality and sense of space in particular were much improved. The Teslas also bettered a pair of Mullard 7025s. I haven't heard the .......

Basically I ran them in with the bias too high. I ran them at 360. Bob Ungemach recommends running them at 250-300 to ensure long life. Tom Berry .......

Werner, I should say that Peter hasn't used the term "non-oversampling" to describe the new A/D. I have assumed from the DACs, and his previous posts that it uses a multi-bit (non-delta-sigma) convert .......

Which Audio Note DAC Do you have? I believe all the manufactured ones use the Crystal CS8414 input receiver which will accept 96/24. My Kit 1.1 has the CS8412, which won't take 24/96. I am making high .......
