Maybe it sounds that way since there interconnects aren't shielded and long runs pick up noise. Just a thought. BTW I have 3m of mapleshade interconnects and a 6' pair of their speaker cables. My syte .......

I have a pair and at one time I really liked them quite a bit. Now I've moved to a larger place and they just don't cut it. If your room is smaller than say 11 X 15 then these are great sounding speak .......

I would think that your best bet is to buy a machine from the glory days of cassette. The raw parts that go into a mahine today are probably less produced and more expensive than they were 10 years ag .......

The difference between Composite and S-Video on the X-Box is huge - huge. Component lets you realize 480p 720p and 1080i if your TV can handle it, again a big improvement. I think you can buy a X-Box .......

No spyware is the most important aspect for me, but yes, they do tend to have users more concerned with high bitrate. I recommend ad aware from lavasoft to clean up a spyware laden computer. You don't .......

Diva is a series line like the FMJ is a series. There MAY BE (I don't know) a Diva 72 tuner and a Diva 72 Integrated so make sure you get the CD72. Otherwise the difference is that the CD72T is newer .......

I agree. This is a quantity issue not a quality one. Digital cable looks like mid grade MPEG video, high artifact count. The compressed signal also screws up TiVo which re-and uncompresses the signal .......
