Hi Tom The Beta-15A units are 98db/ a piece, so 3 paralleled are quite sensitive. I think the resulting impedance of the 3 woofers are around 2 ohms which is no problem with the MC2 poweramp I`m using .......

Change the cartridge, its no match for the Aqvox. The 20XH has way to much output to match the Aqvox phono properly. With low impedance low output mc carts is where the Aqvox phono really shines and h .......

The Rondo red is a better tracker and a have bit higher compliance than the Vivo Blue. If you stretch your budget ad get a Rondu Blue you get a Gyger stylus with better resolution and better dynamics, .......

I think the spikes made a little but noticable upgrade in my system.It`s easy and cheap to try... Yes the Applied Fidelity platter for the SL-1210 could be interesting to try and also the AF Gen.II be .......

Congrats with your new TT! Further mods would be to replace the standard feats with 6mm spikes. The Applied Fidelity bearing is a great mod also. I can reccommend the Funk Firm Achromat Sl-1200 platt .......

The STP SE fits the bill. Sounds first rate, very transparant and dynamic. It drives long IC`s. Its passive with a FET butter. You will probably never turn up the volume so much that it starts amplify .......

Hi Angelo I´m not attenuating the 1 - 4Khz. range. Actually I prefer a real hf driver like the Fane ST 5022/Fostex/JBL more than ribbon types wich always struck me as a bit articicial and lightweight .......

Yes the Radian 950 are wonderfull drivers: I am using a pair of Radian 950 on a set of round 53 cm/diameter glasfiber tractrix horns. This combination is amazing!! The resolution, dynamics and clarity .......
