Totem Dreamcatcher will work nicely. If you can afford a little more, the Totem Mites are an easier load for your NAD to drive. You might want to check out AV123's ELT 525. I am presently using AV123' .......

I own the Hawk. It is used in a 11 x 12 room with 8 foot ceilings. The Hawk gives a more refined sound that you are looking for. Forest is a good speaker however, it is meant for larger spaces, bass i .......

The acrylic platter will work well by itself. I also recommend the deep groove subplatter with it. IMHO it made an even more significant improvement in the sound of this turntable. DEEP GROOVE - REGA .......

Actually the predecessors to the present 200 series are more musical. Try an old used EX442, EX4420,Reference 4420 or if you really are on a budget find a classic ST140 (~$250). All are very musical .......

I never heard them side by side with the Paradigms. They are a nice sounding speaker. An ex dealer friend of mine who carried the line said they were warmer and darker than the Paradigms. .......

LeroyC33, I think you may be overspending on cables for Axiom M80Ti speakers. I would think of replacing the speakers first. That would be amore expensive proposition but would definitely give you mor .......

My local Totem dealer demos the Hawk with a Simaudio I5. The Mani 2 needs more juice than that, I have demoed them with the I5 and the bass is a little flabby. I was advised the Simaudio I7 will drive .......

If you are doing 2 channel only, I would try and get the older models used. They are better voiced for music. IMHO, the newer models are harsh sounding. By the way, the factory support is excellent on .......

Unless you have a phono preamp that will have enough gain for a MC don't even consider the Benz Micro Gold. It is a low output MC cartridge. You should also note that the Shure is a better tracker and .......

Try shipping it to Dan Wright at modwright.com for modification. The DAC before modification was good but after mods makes CDs sound more analog. The bass also sounds more natural. Good luck whatever .......

I agree with tuneman. I'm pretty sure the room is too small. My room is 12 by 13 with one set of French doors to the side ( I generally leave open). I use the 60v2's, you might try them or the 40s or .......

I believe Magic Bus was never released as an LP in Europe (not sure though). It does come in a cool box and the cover art for the original Lps are good pressings. Have fun. .......

I concur with RGA especially if you are not obtaining the turntable from a local dealer. Even though the Music Halls are good products they definitely seem to have QC issues (Do a search on this site .......
