Have been running a VM95SH for around 200 hours and over the last couple of weeks I have noticed that I need to turn the volume on my Rogue Sphinx Mk2 up, and I mean way up! From 10 to 4! Replaced it .......

Traveler does not have an integrated pre-amp but the Cliffwood and the Player do. Both are upgradeable, while I love my Traveler Mk1, it's upgrade options are limited. .......

But you really have to give it 50 hours of break in. By far the best cartridge I have owned, way better than my Jico shod MX97e but the break in is crucial. Can be found for $340 ish. .......

Built the cabinets out og 3/4 mdf and covered in mahogany veneer. Made the mistake of rounding off the front baffle which made the veneering all that much harder! Still they look ok if ya don't look t .......

The days of getting a pair of Wave 8's for $250 is long gone. I paid almost $300 for a pair 2 years ago and any I've seen come up in the past 12 monthshave been closer to $400. But you never know, see .......

I love Bob/Sugar/Husker Du but I cannot listen to the Fuel cd, haven't heard the lp(yet). God bless him , but his production sucks! Amazing live, though! .......

For the first time in probably 10-12 years I'm hearing fresh vinyl!!! Just got the Peter Green anthology -vinyl sure wasn't like this in th '80's/90's! Dropped the needle down and almost pure silence! .......

I am running the Av-8's with auricaps, ASL Line 1 pre,Nad 521bee and Paradigm Esprit and am extremlly happy with the setup. It goes plenty loud for me and has some good solid tuneful bass. The whole s .......

Try Paradigm Esprit floorstanders for around $400. They will give a lot more bass than the atomsand after 50 hours or so break in sound pretty good. I run a pair with a pair of ASL AV-8's and have jus .......

I have been running a pair of these for about 8 months now and love them! The Auricap upgrade is a must, just give them about 20 hours to burn in and you will be amazed! .......
