Yeah, you'll need every bit of that 100 watts. As stated above, go used. If you already have a preamp, your best bang for buck will be a good used SS amp. You'll not find a tube amp that can drive tho .......

The Mani is ok in a pinch. But even spending a little more gets you a lot more. My son had a Mani and replaced it with a Project Tube Box DS. On the used market it was only about 200.00 more than a ne .......

I wouldn't call it "ruthless revealing" by any stretch. It is very transparent for a tube preamp, but very full bodied with good tone. Not at all like modern day Audio Research gear, but nothing like .......

I have been back and forth with Tidal and Qobuz for a while now, both have their merits. Tidal has a better sort feature in the Lumin app, Qobuz only sorts by date added. I like the curated playlists .......

I had a pair for a short time. I think they are pretty good and have no glaring errors, only a sin of omission. They aren't the last word in resolution, but you wouldn't expect that at their price poi .......

The most important question to be asked is regarding the size of your room. Will it support low bass? Don't buy more speaker than your room will accomodate. That said, the Bach should give you very si .......
