I would prefer a Dac with a volume control(Digital Preamp). Looking at the DEQ2496 info I couldn't tell if it had a volume control for analog out or not. Sendler do you know if the DEQ2496 has a volum .......

I owned a NAD 761 briefly. IMO, The stereo performance was extremely poor. My $49 Chase TLC-1 preamp blew it away for stereo performance. Surround was just OK. Ergonomics were poor as well. To put it .......

Cross overing the sub too high is a common problem. I am using MG12s with a hsu TN1225 crossed at 35hz it blends well. I use line level inputs into my sub. When I tried using speaker inputs, it appear .......

LOL! Tubes were not even connected! The 2 tubes were lying in the preamp wrapped in styrofoam. I didn't know a preamp would run without the tubes. Sounds A hell of lot better with the tubes in and the .......
