I've had great luck buying used CDs from Amazon. Even those I paid a penny plus 3.99 shipping. Only had to return one of over a hundred used CDs I've bought. Used LPs, on the other hand, are over rate .......

My old Audio Alchemy DDSIII CD transport, based on a Sony ES transport mechanism would not play CD-Rs sometime. The early CD-Rs which were a darker green color would sometimes simply not be read. But .......

My Kawasaki 500 Mach III was a 1975 model, which had been de-tuned and were not as fast as the earlier missiles. It was still the fastest in it's class though. It also had an excellent front disc brak .......

The LP of Big Circumstance sounds better to me than the CD, but it's not one of those that trounces the CD version. There is a much bigger difference in favor of the LP on earlier albums, the Canadian .......

1- As others have pointed out, some records can be damaged from being played dirty and other factors and no record cleaning machine can fix them. After cleaning my records I use my Zerostat gun to red .......
