I have heard the Tonian speakers and the A23 speakers. I own Cliff's pair of Ocellia's and also own one of the original pairs of Musical Affairs speakers. The Ocellia's are my favorites of the bunch. .......

After all the hype, I found that all of the rooms that used emm labs gear sounded OK at best. The only exception was the Diural room. But I attribute the good sound at Diural to the excellent IsoMike .......

It easily was the most natural/non-electronic sounding room at CES. I was listening to an acoustic guitar recording and this system captured the sound of an acoustic guitar better than any system I ha .......

To me, the Wavelength Audio/Cain & Cain/Nirvana Room had the most natural/non-electronic sound of the show. The Lamm/Wilson/Weiss Room also sounded as good, but completely different. .......

in my speakers. The difference in sound quality compared to Peavey FH1 horns is HUGE. The straight horns exhibit MUCH better clarity and detail compared to the folded horns. .......

I have 98db efficient single driver speakers that I use 3.5 watt amps with. It works great. The reason that I do not need more power is that a single driver speaker does not begin to approach the real .......

is with an analogy. I can bench press 150lbs for 10 reps. This is a fact. However, to finish my reps I have to strain really hard becuase it is a lot of weight for me. Barry Bonds can also lift 150lbs .......

I have 112dB efficient horns and 3.5 watt amps are not enough. It has absolutely nothing to do with how loud it plays. The 3.5 wat amps play way louder than I would ever want to listen to. What matter .......

To be honest, ALL of your gear is contributing to your unsatisfactory sound. Overtime you should replace all of the gear. Fortunately, I know of some tremendous values in audio equiptment that can get .......

You will have a hard time finding an amp that compares to a 45 driving a speaker (auris) that mates well with it. The Auris don't benefit nearly as much as my stargate speakers from more power. ::: T .......

Also, 20 watts of gainclone is pitifull at driving my big speakers, where as 20 watts of baby kron drives the shit out of them speakers. I've never tried the kron on the Auris, the amp is too heavy fo .......

I have some gainclones that scott nixon built. They sound pretty good with the Auris, but not compared to 45's. The 45's sound more alive and less mechanical. The gainclones have much less depth of st .......

I have the baby kronzilla mated with much larger speakers than the wilsons (also more sensitive - so I can get away using the 1/2 power baby kron). It is awesome in every way. Great powerful driving b .......

I own the Gemini, and while it is a fine amp, it is inapropriate for such inefficient speakers. i use them on some 103dB sensitive speakers and it works just fine. However, 5 watts on my speakers are .......

I think that I may be able to swing $20. The system is actually in my home office. So it doesn't take too much concentration to listen to tunes and surf AA at the same time. AM would allow me to watch .......
