The REL should come with a cable and connector that you hook to the outputs of your speakers. This is the high level connection. It is the best way to use REL subs. Send the full range signal to both .......

Why not? I have a pair of Dunlavy speakers and the sound is incredible. You very rarely see these on the used market, and there is a reason why. Look at Lipinski speakers. .......

I use an Audio-Research LS-22 preamp and an Audio-Research VT-100 mkIII with MMGs. Sounds so good it's scary. I use a REL sub and have it's low pass filter set at about 45hz. .......

What you need is called a mixer. Radio-Shack used to have inexpensive ones. Also check your local musical instrument stores. If you try to use Y-cables you'll probably run into trouble with level mat .......

For most electronic enclosures. the case is part of the cooling process. If you line the case with foam you are thermally insulating the case. The airflow is usually insufficient for complete cooling .......

I bought a Velodyne sub for my ex-wife and it is very nice. It has a built in setup mode where it generates a sweep signal and uses an included microphone it read the response of the room and adjusts .......

I had the same problem once and it was a midrange driver that had stopped working. Mine was the driver, but a bad crossover could do the same thing. Either way not to bad to fix. Harder to figure out .......

There are different types of electric motors. I don't know about home appliance motors, but, it's very possible that the motor in your dishwasher is a type that is extra noisey, or maybe its getting .......

I would also note that my MMGs are over 1year old. Bass performance started off a little weak and took almost a full year to fully bloom. So don't cut off the bass to them, let them develop. ::: TOPI .......

I feel your pain, but I don't think there is such a thing, audiophile SQ and portable, that is. The closest you could come would be a cd Walkman and a HeadRoom portable headphone amp. www.headphone.c .......

Could be cable connections. Unplug your interconnect cables and switch channels. Some times just disconnecting and reconnecting will wipe the connections clean. I have experienced speaker wire connect .......

I used to have the NAD unit you refer to. I used Klipsch Heresys with this amp and it sounded great and really rocked. The klipsch speakers are very efficient. .......

Oh ya dats bad! could be bias, could be a leaky tube, could be you lost a resistor. First check bias. if thats ok then after letting amp cool down swap tube positions. Although, If the tube has cause .......

I have just measured the allen wrench that came w/my MMGs it is either a 5/64" or 2mm both work. It is probably a 5/64" since that is approx 1/1000" larger. 3/32" is to big, will not fit. I crimped .......

Ricky M, The supplied allen wrench has, at the end of the long leg, a ball end. You don't have to turn the wrench 1/2 turn and remove. After you loosen the set screw which should be less than 1/2 tu .......

It is unusual for a fault in an upstream unit (your conditioner) to cause problems in a downstream unit. I'm not saying it's impossible. Just very unlikely. Your power conditioner could be limiting .......

I would think the preferred method would be to connect your TT to the preamp that has the phono stage. Then connect the tape output to one of the inputs of your integrated amp. This should bypass any .......

I have an ARC LS-22 That is fully balanced. The schematic clearly shows this. A single ended signal is converted to balanced in the first stage. I'll try to post. This schematic is for one channe .......

I am a new member here and also a new owner of MMGs. I am using new Outlaw M2200 mono amps to drive the MMGs. I have just realized a new step up in sound quality, i.e. Drums now sound much better tha .......
