If the similarity between the production model and the kit is only the receiver and DAC chip, they can be as different as dac from two different manufacturer. Unless Peter design them both, then a son .......

Sorry I am not familiar with Alphason arm. The seller want $800 for the VPI MK4 without arm. A OL RB250 for another $400 plus would put it close to the price of a New Scout. I can't try them both, but .......

I have heard my B=glow and Paraglow in my friend system. Paraglow sound more neutral (cleaner) but I personally prefer the warmer B-glow. I doubt I will prefer Paramours over B-glow. Thanks ::: TOPIC: .......
