How about the on-wall Maggies. I had a pair of the MC1s before getting the 1.6s. You will definitely need a good sub with them but you can still have that Maggie sound. Fold em flat when not in use an .......

I would think the MC1s would be the best fit sonically. They are Quasi Ribbon Maggies and are designed to be wall mounted and should match well with the larger 1.7s. I don't know what the MLs cost but .......
