If the machine screw has 6 straight sides it is a hex head. If you see 6 points and it looks like a star it is a Torx head. It looks a Torx T10 or T15 to me. Jerry P .......

My mistake as I have not used the M3A recently. I used the Tape In input as it bypasses the source switch and sounded best to me. Also, I switched the caps out but I do not know if you have that optio .......

I use the 2031 die set. This is for non-insulated terminals. The tip/high side of the crimper should crimp the back side of the terminal not the split side. You need to match the die set with the type .......

I would plug the amp in the socket that is your first wire connection. Really probably not much difference. I would wire the grounds as it is for circuit protection. That's how we do it in the US, I .......

The Emotiva USP-1 is very nice for the money. Great soundstage, tight bass and very clean sounding without being harsh with my Odyssey Stratos. I have not used the phono section. Some have complained .......

Apparently you know nothing about the conductivity of metals. Silver is the best conductor, platinum is very poor at 16.28% IACS. Rodium is not much better at 38.40% IACS. Gold is 73.40% IACS and alum .......

I made one out of 2 pieces of Corian. It is somewhat dusty to cut but when routing or drilling the material is not dusty. It is fun to machine when using the router as the material comes off in ribbo .......

It belt should not be at an angle. Remove your platter and bearing spindle and make sure the ball bearing is centered on the spindle and nothing is preventing the spindle from seating properly. Sony .......

Check for loose connections in the breaker box, especically the main feed to each phase. Also, keep all your audio equipment on the same 120 volt phase. You have 2 120 volt lines and a ground comming .......

I would use a router and a carbide bit. Clamp 2 2x4's to the Corian. This will raise the router and then you can lower the bit and take off about 1/8" of the moulding at a time. I will do it for $10 a .......

Alan, about 1/3 of the Corian colors are available in 1/4". That is the thickness that is used for tub and shower walls. Also, for kitchen walls if needed. The thicker material is used for countertops .......

Corian is expensive in the US. But I get it from a kitchen cabinet maker. I get the sink cutout's for a very good price. Most colors only come in 1/2" but you can use Gorilla glue to glue 2 pieces tog .......

You probably only needed to move your breaker one position up or down. But dedicated lines are good, I have two for my audio system. You have 2 120 volt lines and a gound comming into your breaker box .......

IMHO Radio Shack has a 45-Watt Desoldering Iron that is excellent for $10.00. IMHO it works much better than desoldering wick. The Hakko 936-12 is an excellent soldering station for about $90.00. Son .......

Remove it slowly and you should not cause any damage. I removed mine with no damage and noticed it only had adhesive on about 1/8" of the top of the label. Very easy to remove with no damage. Son .......

The springs screw into tee nuts on the base. If the holes are drilled you can just press in tee nuts then screw in the springs. I think the holes are drilled in all HW-19 bases, but I am not sure. .......

I use and recommend MC cable. It has a flexible aluminum shielding. This cable is also ideal for isolated ground circuits. The Hubbell IG5262 or IG5362 are very good receptacles for use in isolated gr .......

In the US threaded screws sizes up to 1/4" use a number to indicate diameter. (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,8,10,& 12) The second number is the threads per inch. A 10-32 x 1" screw would be a 10 diameter (0.190") .......
