That was the best place. National Parks put in a composting toilet and built the platforms and a sheltered eating area. No water and no rubbish bins so it was all carry in and carry out. So peace .......

Our bougainvillea is going off! The colour is so intense it's almost psychedelic. Somehow a month or so ago I trimmed it perfectly so that now it's entirely covered in colour and has no stray bra .......

I had a '65 Riviera which weighed close to 5,000lb, and with the "fabled" finned Buick drums it had just one good high speed stop in it.... So long as the high speed wasn't toooo high ;-) .......

I made a deal and shook on one in about 1990. British racing green, 3.4lt with manual and overdrive. One of the most highly desirable models. Pretty bad condition but with good bones and a rebuilt 3.8 .......

It was a classic mid 60's sedan, made also in Poland and Czech Republic. It only took a day and we removed the stock 1,500cc pushrod engine and 4speed, and bolted in a 1,800cc twincam and 5 speed .......
