nope they were all well within limits but I know Jim White @ Aesthetix had some similar experiences and when it happened in my LCR riaa as well i didnīt bother risking the hazzle anymore and never loo .......

after having experienced failures with 12w Mills wirewound resistors in both my Aesthetix Io and my Thorsten Loesch based diy LCR riaa;I avoid them at all cost and go for Caddocks if possible. imo Bes .......

Remember that with the external BP supply,you can always reset the Cary to original,and re-use the BPīs in another project.There will be no visible effect on the amp. My personal experience with them .......

OK thxs havenīt had that problem yet as the dac is on 24/7. but Iīve had problems with foobar (both versions) not finding the usb dac on first try, but always on second try after rebooting.weird...fir .......

I did as output caps in a 6h30 based pre-amp value 0,22uF verdict: exotica was smoother and less white in the sound, slightly WE300b creamy in a transparent and nice way.better bass silkier top. IMO L .......

I recommend the Hoerning toroid OPT from Denmark; claimed to outperform anything else(about 11-1200 usd a pair IF you can make him make a few pairs, I had to order 3 pairs to make it worthwile for him .......

Ground just one of the monoblocks and nothing else in the system and it will be grounded through the signal wires. This way I have zero noise/hum on Avantgarde Trio with 4 active subs. and 107dB sensi .......
