Abe, One way to access files on the drive is to remove it from the laptop and connect it to another machine. The user should then be able to find and copy those files. This assumes they aren't Bit Loc .......

The stuttering could be network related. That netbook doesn't have an ethernet port? How much bandwidth do you have? Which OS are you using? If there's no ethernet port there are USB to ethernet adapt .......

I'm using a Denon AU-320 SUT. It replaced a Bob's Devices Cinemag 1131. I made the change because when I compared the two I couldn't hear a difference so I sold the 1131 as it cost much more than the .......

I've used a Mitch Singerman-modified 834p for many years. I've always matched it with MC cartridges. My experience is that using an SUT and the MM stage of the 834p has produced the best result. ::: T .......

I have both the AU300LC and the AU-320. The 320 replaced the 300LC. I used both with a DL-103. The 320 sounded better to me. It was quieter and smoother sounding. For me it was definitely an upgrade. .......

The VPI dual pivot kit will greatly reduce the unipivot wobble. When I was still using a VPI tonearm I tried the kit. It actually did exactly what VPI claimed. .......

There's a free version of Soundiiz. I used it to move my Tidal playlists to Qobuz. There are some limitations in this version. Playlists are limited to the first 200 tracks. Playlist export to an Exce .......

Understood. I've been using a Record Doctor V for years. While I think it does a good job of cleaning and doesn't have the platter issue you mention, records aren't ready for play immediately after cl .......

I can only tell you that for me the class D amplification didn't get in the way of a very enjoyable listening experience. I didn't hear any trace of hardness or brightness. .......

Actually, it doesn't do any digital filtering so I'm not sure how well the analogy holds up. It is an odd name, isn't it? The first time I encountered a Border Patrol product in a show many years ago .......
