Well I bought 2 RCA 6sn7 wbtg and 1 Sylvania from the same factory. Very quiet tubes and better clarity than the EH. Much more musical without the muddiness. .......

I am using new Tungsol 6sn7 in my SE amp with NOS Svetlana Winged C power tubes. The New Tungsols are fine for me in this application. .......

I use Tungsol 6sn7's in my amp as well but wanted something nicer for my matching preamp and the RCA'S are highly recommended by a lot of enthusiasts. .......

The Shuguang and the Sophia's are way outta my price range so I have gone with older RCA'S. I'm really hoping they sound good in my preamp. They've got to sound better than EH... .......

Thanks for that. As this is new to me I'm learning about surfactants and rinsing and I will have to buy a machine to vacuum if I decide to go that route. But for now I am very happy with the quality o .......

I have been using 99.9% isopropyl and find that when I wipe afterwards with microfiber clothes, the alchohol completely evaporates as does my Tri-art record solution which clearly states that rinsing .......

Actually I owned an Opera Consonance machine and gladly sold it to move into the world of ultrasonic cleaning I would not go back to a noisy vacuum system ever again. .......

I have purchased lps from Discogs sellers al over Europe. Never a problem. Even during pandemic. Usually 2-3 weeks to arrive. .......

I picked up a few small bottles of Tri-art record cleaning solution that doesn't require a rinse. It works in conjunction with isopropyl alcohol. .......

I am using isopropyl right from the start then going to discuss his cleaning mixture to make sure it doesn't require a rinse. Not so hard to understand.... .......

As I stated in the thread title, this is new to me and so are the additives. Right now I'm satisfied with isopropyl alcohol and then wiping the lps dry with microfiber clothes. I really don't wish to .......

Well...it is non contact so no microscratching. I previously owned a vacuum system and it didn't work anywhere near this quality of clean. Highly recommended .......

Just got one yesterday. Budget model and modest but really does the job well. I started with 32 degree distilled and alcohol only but am going to pick up a specialized mixture a dealer friend sells. A .......
