I've owned SC-IV/A's for a couple of years and still love them. They are very revealing to upstream sources, but with synergystic gear they allow music to flow through without drawing attention to the .......

Transformer buzz is mentioned in the manual as a possibility. Just for giggles, I hooked up my Sony 32" trinitron to the P300 (boy did it suck some juice from the wall!), and immediately heard the buz .......

Thanks for the tip Mike. Maybe I'll disconnect the fan when I do the Multiwave surgery. Besides, all I've got hooked up to mine is the CAL CL-20 and Audible Illusions L-1 pre. Only registers 20-30 on .......

Just tried a little different thing that reduced the audible fan noise about 75% of what it is sitting on a bare shelf. The Iso-bearings did pretty decent, but I only had three so they contacted the u .......

Mine sits on the bottom shelf of my rack. I built my racks extra wide, and the P300 fits perfectly, even though it's a long product. I am using Iso-Bearings under it to both elevate it off the shelf m .......
