I just got a 1.5 TB drive. I have a 250GB drive in my power mac g5 tower. My question is this. Would it be better to do a clean install of the OS on the 250GB drive and use the 1.5TB drive exclusively .......

If you open your unit up you will see a large toriodal transformer sucured with a bolt and plate. If you remove the bolt and plate and raise the transformer off the chassis a bit the sound will improv .......

I must second this tweak. I tried it on my HCA-2 with great results then I did it with my PCA-2 with with equally great results. MUch smoother and ultimatly more musical. It is simple and reversible. .......

The panels need to be plugged in so there is a AC currnet charging them. If you unplug them they will play for a bit but then they will sound very poor. If you are experiencing thin mids the panels ma .......

Wow! Good for you. I am sure the Stan Warren mod is great. I had my 555es Modded by Oade.com when I bought it. Its a much more humble mod than Stan's at a price of $175 compared to $350 for Stans. But .......

There is nothing wrong with the 555es. It is still breaking in but I love it. The currentl MSRP for the 555es is $1200. However you can buy it for around $800 through Oade.com , J&R music world, etc. .......

You may want to investigate Triangle speakers. I have not heard them but the reveiws I have read seem to indicate that thier midreage is "electrostatic like" I too have aerius i and would be intrested .......
