I've been using a Goldmund ST-4 for almost 20 years. It's a direct drive table with a servo-driven arm. It works almost without a hiccup. All I need to do is check the dampling fluid every few months .......

I have used a Berning Siegfired with my Mahlers. Really beautiful, magic midrange. I should add that I am now using a Linn Klimax Twin, which is even more realistic to my ears -- more dynamic, better .......

Check out Brian Galante's coaxial speakers. I use his Buckinghams (15" woofer & 1" compression tweeter) and alternate between a Berning Siegfried and a pair of Cary 2A3 SEs. Amazing how the music come .......
