I've been using the SmarTractor for years for the setups I do, and it's the only one I'll use. For very occasional use perhaps every few years, maybe more often than that for people who swap cartridge .......

And that's why I didn't make an issue of it. Some turntable manuals indicate the belt should be twisted. It depends upon the belt material and obviously as you say having ample distance for the twist. .......

You may be correct about his cartridge, but the markings on the cartridge are what to check. Ortofon doesn't follow the standard orientation of pins on at least some of their cartridges, and Koetsu do .......
