I haven't done much research on the subject, but could you not just unify the terminal connections on the inside of the speaker? For those without bi-wire cables would this not make the best possible .......

It might be further up the line than the binding post if neither the mid-driver nor tweeter work. Also, you may want to get an extra set of hands to help hold the woofer while you take a look inside. .......

I was told some of the capacitors CJ used on their older amps weren't really up for the high heat and would be more likely to give out. One of mine did and caused some decent repair work some years ag .......

What you're referring to is not ethics, just business. One of the biggest mistakes people make in business is 'burning their bridges' with other dealers. Anyone who has been in business long enough kn .......

That's kind of what I thought, thanks. I used to have constant problems with the amp shorting tubes and blowing fuses, but I eventually tracked that problem down. I was using DIY Cat5 braided speaker .......

I've been thinking about switching over the standard guage two-prong power cord on my CJ MV50 to something more substantial. I'm just not sure how much improvement it would make in the amp. My concern .......
