Open the bottom plate. There will be a jumper block. One end of jumper will be marked common. The other end can be moved to 100v, 115v and 250v. Chances are yours is still at 100v (Japan). This can be .......

You will not need a transformer. Here is what you do. Open the botton cover. Near the fuses you will see a jumper block. One end will say Common then there will pins labeled 100v, 115v and 240v. Move .......

Quite often this contact enhancer called Stabilant is mentioned on BMW and Audi sites to fix intermitant electrical problems. I used to own a 95 BMW540(E34) and many times had to use Stabilant on lam .......

The sad part is I rarely used these Japanese made AMPs! After a short run they smelled really bad. The varnish/shellac from the xformer smelt like urin and whole room get filled with this smell. I won .......

To answer your first question - the speakers do hookup to black and one of the orange wires. However the 4 ohm post on the transformer is not hookedup at all! Can someone confirm this? .......

Both of my mono amps are wired like this. The posts are labeled Ground, 4 ohms and 8 ohms. Yet the orange wires going to the post seem to be wire to 16 and 8 ohm outputs of the transformer. Of course .......

I am looking at Infocus LP530 which has 2000 Lumens but the Contrast ration of 400:1. The other one is Infocus Model X1, which is 1000 Lumens but has a Contrast ration of 2000:1. I understand the Lume .......

I recently moved this amp. from my home theater sytem to replace mono tube amps. KBA-280 is now hooked up to Air Tight ATC-2(Tube Preamp.). Any idea where the switches should be set at. Thank you. P.S .......

My Air Tight ATM3 mono blocks smell of shellac? and bad objectional odor within an hour of operation. They have 6 el34's per side. Removing the cover off helps, but not much. Lowering the bias helps d .......
