AFAIK they are drop ins. I haven't tried them. Is there a reason for swaping them out? I know some have complained about the original tweeters sounding edgy, but if good stuff is put in front of them, .......

er, why not make one or have one made? Most glass shops stock lexan or plexiglass. A few cuts, and some appropriate glue will give you a cover every bit as good as stock(unless there are cutouts for h .......

Having sold some of this stuff personally as a profession all I can say is good luck! NAD equipment has always been pretty well regarded sonically, but quality of construction goes from bad to worse f .......

Actually I've had great success mounting tweeters coaxially. There is much less comb effect(?) due to the handoff between the 2 drivers and you don't have to worry about vertical or horizontal driver .......

use screw in spikes to help couple the speakers to the stand. Blue Tac (or rubber pads) can be used if damage to the underside of a speaker is against your sensibilities. .......

on an MMT is quite easy. At the base of the arm mount is a single allen key set screw. Simply loosen the screw (it's a 1.5 mm one I think). The arm may slide all the way down so put a stack of busines .......

If you have a Linn "Basik" arm and cartridge, I'd find an arm that may survive an upgrade. Perhaps an Akito ll, SME 309 , etc. Find a nice matching cartridge and you're in business. Sell the existing .......

It is light weight and uses no adhesive. Adding mass can be done in very fine steps (it is really thin). Check a local hardware store, or Home Depot, Lowes, Target, etc. Sumiko sold an analog survival .......

you were talking about "loose" packed ball bearings, not cartridge (or electric motor) style bearings. When those wear out, they must be replaced. I sold my SME llls so I don't have that arm to check. .......
