I thought of doing this, and I have about 6 with colors (including clear), graphics, and or wierd shapes. But are they worth anything before I drill the holes larger to fit the album? .......

I always thought my aries turntable clamp looked like a sink stopper - that's how I thought of it. Actually, I initially got the sink stopper to make a clamp for a DIY record cleaner. I'm still going .......

yea, they are 25 watt bulbs - they don't get that hot, but it may still warp just the same. I wasn't sure i'd like it till i saw it finished, so maybe since i've decided to keep it, maybe i'll make a .......

I was cleaning the listening room, and for some reason decided I needed to refurbish the lamp in the room. It's one if those home depot modern lamps (sorta cheap looking) - black, with clear green tin .......

I can't say rather live music does or not; I've noticed an ES335 Gibson guitar via a tubed amp has plenty of warmth and liquid. But I don't listen to live music the same way I would at home; there are .......

I've a set of B&Ws and they gave me the same issue, until I found the right speaker cables. But I don't think this was his problem - it sounded good, but just not vinyl sounding. My experince with B&W .......

I had made a set of DIY cat5 cables that when 1st listened to, were initially harsh. Over many hours times weeks, the harsh sound was absent replaced with a liquid smoothness. I doubt that this can be .......

Everyone I know that has an IPOD could the less about sound quality, and they are completely taken off guard when I mention that I use uncompressed music on my IPOD for better sonics. They always ask: .......

I can agree that manufactures raise prices without a proportional rise in sonic quality. And I've taken to building speaker cables and power cords that are superior to the commercial version I replace .......

So many times I've become disapointed in my system's sound due to poor recordings. When this happens, I just sit back, and stop analizing the sound, and simply enjoy the music. Which is not difficult .......

I've a first gen aries, so I'm guessing the new scout is basically the same as mine audio wise. But I've never had a complaint about my TT, and its nothing but great sound. Maybe the only complaint is .......

I recently switched over to DIY CAT5 speaker cables, and the bass really opened up, everything else is about the same, maybe a bit less bright. But the best thing overall is the system sounds great at .......

I once had a Sonic Frontiers preamp, it had computer type circuit boards, remote, LEDs, ect. For the hell of it, I bought a DIY bottlehead preamp; it is pure wiring and stuff - no bells and whistles; .......

I actually got the Bose headphones free for a round trip (airplane) through London (via USA), but already the noise cancelling is having problems. A low level chirp happens about every 9 seconds, but .......

I might be spelling it wrong, but it is what we artists use to remove sticky residue. Its pretty excellent and it evaporates away completely. But it is best to use latex gloves when using it, I don't .......

well, an IPOD can be OK, but they are not all the same sounding; I've not tried the Nana, but of the others, only the Mini sounds good to me. And even then, I do not compress the music. I use Bose noi .......
