I thought the name was a creation of the minds behind Spinal Tap...recall the scene with Fred Willard as the military guy who welcomes the band to the base and asks if they know a band called Two Jacks and a Jill that "used to play up at the Ramada Inn in Phoenix"...great music and a great buffet.
