Ahem..."flavor of the day"? Some of us have been using the OC9 in one version or another for quite some time. I got my first one in 1988, at the bargain price of about USD700. The current price leaves one wondering why so many other cartridges can cost so much.Of course, if one isn't happy with the sound, there are plenty of boutique brands available at the local audio sah-lawnz.
