Can't help you decide based on sound quality since I haven't heard either. Both are highly regarded, and I don't think you would go wrong with either.What preamp will you use?
To use the Denon, you will need a phono preamp capable of handling a very low output cartridge, since it has only .3 mV output. The Dyna vector can be used with a mm only phono preamp.
