Your data for the E188CC is a bit different then mine. As I understand it. the E188CC is 1.5W max plate dissapation with a max operating plate voltage of 220V.

All all intents and purposes, all these tubes can be used interchangably without any problems. A few more current here, a few less voltage there, and vice versa .... it probably all balances out. It's not surprising that certain specs are up-rated for marketing purposes.
