This is a bit OT. But your comment about Sakuma above seems akin to Brian Eno's (in the pop music/art world) solo and collaborative efforts; but not as producer. He was influenced heavily by Japanese culture, both in terms of aesthetics and philosophy (eg, his zenlike/haikuish 'Oblique Strategies' picture cards) even its decadent side.

Eno's latter Installation Exhibits w/ sound sculptures that seems to parallel Sakuma's own way of doing 'exhibits', at least IMO.

Sakuma seems to go after different sound aesthetics with each project he does. And is not the least interested in the search of the 'Absolute Soound' of hifidom. People who visit your website seem to attribute that if you are into the merits of transformer technology when it comes to audio crcts., then you are a follower of this and that EXACT philosophy or motivation....
