Thoughts about HF filament transformer

Thinking some more about that RF transformer - it would nice if it had a center-tap, just like the usual 50/60Hz filament transformer. However, since it runs at 88.2/96 kHz, it can be *much* smaller than the usual AC transformer, and radiate a smaller magnetic field, as well. Maybe a tiny custom-designed toroid, perhaps?

The wiring between the HF supply and DHT's can be either shielded twinax or maybe paired coax cables, similar to the cables used for component-video these days. That should retain balance and minimize RF emission into the rest of the circuit.
