That is there job, let's face it. And if there is commission involved, dont lose sight of how much mark-up goes into speakers.
Soundhounds has good sales people who take their time with customers. Good sales people usually draw old customers back for upgrades or more stuff. In fact, because of good customer service, people like RGA always point their finger toward that store when people ask. New customers then more customers after them. Its the never-ending story.
