One final option is to put a small 90 degree bend on the sharp end of a pin. Carefully poke the pin into the dome and use this "hook" to pull out the dent. If you are careful it will only leave a small hole, which you can seal with a small dab of glue.
Most tweeters can be disassembled, which would allow you to push out a dent from the inside. Also some better tweeters have a sealed rear chamber. Drill a small hole in the rear chamber and blow the dent out, then seal the hole.
