Oh most definately the frequency response at the mouth will be significantly different than the radiated response. Its just not that simple. 30 cm is not much better. generally one needs to be three or mor diameters of the radiating surface back before you even get close to a real response. And at 70 Hz for a large horn this is very very hard to do. Thats why I suspected these measurements might be done at the mouth. I couldn't do that measurement - correctly.
