Weird - most people do fiberglass parts on a male mold for horns... That usually provides much better surface finish and control of the inside (working) dimensions of the finished horn. Does your process get around this somehow?

Also, if you mold in a rollback at the mouth (or eliminate the sharp edges in some way), you'll get better performance.
