Well, if it comes to choose hifi components there are no need to involve subjectivines(I am talking of a "correct" reprodusing system). As a matter of fact it is a dead end if the correctnes of the components is your goal. I only choose components that have been objectively tested and I do not involve subjectivines. This will bring me much more close to the absolute sound than a subjective method would do.
