Yes, it will fit. That's the point, not going to an Audio Technica, a different sounding cartridge. If you ARE going to upgrade and like the Grado sound, get yourself to a Grado Platinum or above. If you love that Grado midrange, the only way you'll get it for a reasonable amount of money is with another Grado.
