1. Arm board or pillar not mounted perpendicular
2. Bearing yoke not perpendicular
3. Arm or cartridge platform twisted#3 is not unknown with Rega arms, I had a Moth (OEM RB250) with a twisted cartridge platform. IIRC it has been said that Rega weren't so QC conscious when supplying arms to others. That said, they kept the better arms for the RB300, so yours is a mystery.
When Michell prepare their armtubes for converting into Tecnoarms, they machine the underside so that it is perpendicular. I checked mine before buying it.
