Yes, there is great satisfaction when you complete a project and drop the needle and it works!! I don't know what arm I'm going to go with, I have a ROK arm with a Shure M7 cartridge that needs a new stylus, I could give it a whirl for thr fun of it. I'd like to add a cherry band around the perimeter of the plinth and have it extend up about a 1/4" to create a lip. I went from a Scheu Premier MKII to a Technics SL-1200 to the now finished ROK. The ROK has potential but it still needs some refining, right now the soundstage is a little flat with some grain/distortion that may be caused by the old hard wheel, could also be the crappy arm board or the arm. I'll keep working on it to try and get the best out of it. I cant wait to get started on my B-12GH project but I need to find an arm that will pretty much fit in the in the existing arm hole, it would be nice to avoid hacking a new or enlarged hole.
