Hi Jim, If I understand you right you are saying that the phenolic drive rod is not making contact with the idler Wheel at the proper position. I checked for that and that is not the problem, when I engage the motor at 33 1/3 the Idler wheel turns at what appears the correct speed then all of a sudden its like the motor increases the RPM 3 or 4 fold. When the speed of the motor increases I checked to see that the idler is making contact with the phenolic rod at the proper step, and it is. Maybe you are saying something else that isn't getting through my thick scull, maybe the motor is just wonky!!
