Thanks to all who have responded.
I have found out a little more.Ortofon TC 3000
The record is mainly ungrooved with a test tone band at about 7" dia and another smaller one at about 5" dia. Both sides have a similar arrangement
Apparently there was/is an Ortofon Computer Testset and I think that this record was intended to be used with it.
One thing the ungrooved section was to remind me to increase the antiskate to allow for the brush on the Stanton. When I first lowered the arm, it shot to the center at a great rate of knots!Swedish Test record
One side has a lot of music cuts with good dynamics and soundstage
The other side has various tests.
Some of these I recognized like Left/Right/Phasing.
There is a rumble test that seems to work by playing an artificial rumble at -44,-54,-64 &-74 dB. I assume that when you can't hear a difference when the rumble note stops, you have reached a level below your turntable's rumble level.
Another test seems to have two tones played simultaneously, I'm not sure what that one does.David
