Today I went to a used record store hoping to pick up the HiFi News test record or another that I could use to check cartridge compliance / tonearm compatibility. They didn't have the HFN record but I picked up the following which were very cheap for obvious reasons:
(1) "Ortofon Test Record for TC 3000" which has no notes of any kind on how to use it
&
(2) "Ljud och hur det ska lata" from Svenska HiFi Institutet which has extensive notes and diagrams, all in Swedish!I suspect that these records could be very useful - for something!
Does anyone have these and know how they should be used?
David
