YES - IMHO, anybody who uses a Grado cart on a Rega arm is "barking up the wrong tree".

Substitute a Dynavector 10x5 or 20xH for that Grado, and you will see what your Rega can really do.

True, the mids produced by the Grado will be slightly better. But the lows and the highs coming from the Dyna will absolutely slaughter the Grado, which is why this recommendation makes sense overall, especially if you like to groove and boogie to rock or jazz.

If you're into choral music, keep the Grado.
